Soccer, or football as it's known in many parts of the world, has shaped my life in ways that words cannot fully express. It has been my driving force, my passion, and my calling. Guided by a deep desire to help players grow and succeed, I have dedicated myself to the art of coaching for the past 14 years.

Throughout my coaching journey, I have worked with competitive teams in Alabama, Ohio, Georgia, Kansas, Minnesota, and South Dakota, including men's and women's teams from various collegiate divisions. From the USCAA to NAIA and NCAA Division I, I have been fortunate to witness the immense talent and potential within our soccer community.

I am the Founder and Head Development Coach at Stephens Soccer Academy. Our academy focuses on developing top-tier strikers and attackers who play vital roles in soccer. Our mission is to cultivate players who possess exceptional football vision and sportsmanship while being tactically and technically proficient.

I firmly believe that soccer has the power to shape character, instill discipline, and foster invaluable life skills that extend far beyond the boundaries of the game. These qualities and talent form the cornerstone of success on and off the field. I greatly admire those who embody unwavering commitment, relentless hard work, and unwavering dedication to the sport.

My purpose is to equip each player with the tools they need to excel in soccer and life. Through my years of experience and continuous learning, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge that I am eager to share with my players. I am not just a coach; I am a mentor, a guide, and a friend. Together, we embark on a journey of growth, resilience, and self-discovery.

Reflecting upon my coaching experience, I am humbled and grateful for the opportunities that have come my way. I proudly serve as the Founder of Stephens Soccer Academy and Head Development Coach.

Before this, I was Head Women's Soccer Coach at AAMU, where I was honored as the 2021 SWAC Coach of the Year. We achieved remarkable accomplishments as a team, including reaching the SWAC Semi-finals and securing the 2021 SWAC Regular Season Championship with an impressive 8-1 record.

Before my time at AAMU, I was an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at Youngstown State University, gaining valuable insights and contributing to the team's growth. Additionally, I had the privilege of coaching at institutions such as Talladega College, Concordia College Alabama, and Judson College, where I fostered a culture of excellence and inspired my players to chase their dreams relentlessly.

I want to express my gratitude and admiration to all those who are part of my soccer family. Your dedication fuels my passion and ignites the fire within me to continue positively impacting the lives of aspiring athletes. Together, we will strive for greatness, pushing the boundaries of what is possible and leaving a lasting legacy on the beautiful game.
